On the first Sunday of April, crowds parade giant phalluses through the streets of Kawasaki. The ancient Shinto festival, known as Kanamara Matsuri, literally steel phallus festival, is also an opportunity to collect money to help the fight against HIV/ AIDS. Duration: 01:32
