코피온은 21세기를 이끌어갈 젊은이들을 세계 각국의 NGO와 비영리기관에 자원봉사자로 파견하고 저개발 국가 NGO 지원 및 글로벌 리더 양성을 목적으로 지난 1999년도 설립된 외교통상부 등록 비영리 기관입니다. 코피온의 뜻은 협력(Cooperation)과 참여(Participation)의 NGO라는 뜻의 영어 약자입니다.
