民建聯建議興建中產公屋予年青人租住
有政黨調查顯示，7成受訪青年贊成政府重推首次置業貸款計劃，協助市民置業。 民建聯在上月底至本月初，訪問350名21至35歲的青年，若果政府推出以青年人為主的租賃住屋計劃，超過7成人認為值得研究。 民建聯建議政府興建類似房協被稱為中產公屋的乙類公屋單位，租給年輕人居住，讓他們能夠以穩定租金租住單位，亦讓他們更快儲得首期。民建聯亦建議政府復建居屋，每年興建約5000個單位。 民建聯立法會議員陳克勤表示，民建聯下星期會就施政報告內容會見行政長官，屆時會提出相關建議。
