At today’s initial appearance the court commissioner set 35-thousand dollars cash bond for 41-year-old tyler kosmoski. The owner of the diamond factory is accused of bouncing checks, not returning repaired jewelry and not paying customers for items he sold. Today with the help of a local jeweler, some of the victims got their valuables back.
