Der neue Geschäftsführer der Wohnungsbaugesellschaft Berlin Mitte, Lars Ernst, hat eine umfangreiche Umstrukturierung der WBM vorgenommen. Die WBM hat in den letzten Jahren nicht unerhebliche Bestandsabgänge. Doch trotz der Wirtschaftskrise und eines krieselnden Wohnungsmarktes, betreut die WBM heute immer noch beachtliche 35.000 Wohnungen.
