Now, for the real fun to start. I want to talk to you about how you start to make money with affiliate marketing. This video is the real meat of this video series. It’s where I'm going to really sit down and show you how to become an affiliate marketer.  Now, we've talked about "how do you pick a product?" I'm assuming that you've done that and that you've picked a product that you want to promote. If you haven't, I suggest you go back to the previous video and watch it and pick a product. And then we can go through this video together and I can help you to market that product and start making money. Now, the first step is to create an auto-responder series. You only need five to seven, maybe ten messages at the most. Get a few in there, you can always add some more later on but you want five to ten ideally. And what this is, this is providing more information on the product, on the subject, in the form of a mini-course or something like that and then some promotional mail afterwards perhaps selling products. The initial mails sell the product that you've chosen in step one just above. Then you may or may not want to create a lead capture page. It depends on how you're going to do your affiliate marketing. Are you going to funnel people into a list a market to them, in which case you need a squeeze page or a lead capture page? Or are you going to market directly to them; market products via articles and Squidoo lenses and the like and then hope they sign up for your list? And then basically you've got to get out there and market the product. So, get your articles written, get your articles out into the directories, create Squidoo pages, create HubPages, Blogger pages, WordPress blogs, began Pinging them all, StumbleUpon them, Digg them, all the normal traffic-generation techniques. Absolutely everything needs to go to push people to your pages so that you can get traffic to them. But, the real key is to capture the leads. Now, you can make money by p...
