議員質疑政府港鐵在八達通事件卸責 籲停濫用市民資料
多名立法會議員質疑政府及港鐵在八達通出售客戶資料事件卸責。 職工盟李卓人批評，政府身為港鐵大股東，有責任進行監察，但兩名董事局內的官員，包括運輸及房屋局局長鄭汝樺，以及財經事務及庫務局局長陳家強，難辭其咎，事件被揭發至今，兩人仍未有向公眾交代。李卓人認為，港鐵應完整交代事件始末，停止濫用市民資料。 民主黨的涂謹申建議，八達通公司應對有意保留積分計劃的客戶，進行重新確認手續，完成手續才能繼續使用個人資料，同時要盡快刪除其餘客戶的資料，以保障在不公平條款下簽約的市民私隱。
