In 2011 the restaurant ECCO in the Swiss resort town of Ascona received its second Michelin star, making kitchen chef Rolf Fliegauf the youngest in Europe at a two-star establishment. The Michelin testers praised the German cook’s novel and imaginative culinary combinations.
