（H按、P按、定按） 本港經濟增長強勁，政府最近更上調了，全年增長數字近一個百分點。今個財年兩次賣地，都錄得佳績，樓市繼續熾熱。唯有銀行這一邊，樓宇貸款方面越見謹慎。近月銀行多次提高拆息按揭利率，有些甚至有於以最優惠利率為基準的按揭利率。息口上升，對要做按揭的業主有多大影響？他們又可以如何取較佳條款？ 記者：劉晉鳴 （小小心意） 有統計指，中國是全球最大的禮品生產和出口國，禮品行業年產量達二千億元人民幣，按年增長高達兩成。香港方面，去年禮品及贈品出口額高達近一千七百萬元。由於環球經濟有改善，新興市場表現更佳，對禮品及贈品需求大增，令行業前景更為亮麗。 記者：周少芳
