フーズ・フォーラス、債権放棄に理解求める
焼き肉チェーン店「焼肉酒家えびす」の集団食中毒事件で、店を運営していたフーズ・フォーラスが１１日、債権者集会を開き、被害者への補償を優先させたいとして、債権放棄に理解を求めた。代理人の弁護士は「賠償金は５億円を下らない」と説明している。
