Anticipation is mounting as the rescue of 33 miners in northern Chile approaches.  The mission to end the more than two month ordeal for the trapped miners is expected to begin by midnight Tuesday local time. On Monday, workers finished reinforcing the escape shaft and successfully tested the rescue capsule, designed to carry rescue workers to the miners and hoist each miner, one by one, to the surface.
