張炳良：調控樓市落藥太重 亦有負面效應
身兼房委會資助房屋小組主席的行政會議成員張炳良表示，政府推出調控樓市政策時，必須小心衡量力度，如果落藥太重，樓價應聲倒下，市民資產貶值，同樣會引起負面效應。 他又說，如果西方國家的量化寬鬆政策改變，會令息口轉變，所以，政府的措施同時需具靈活性，可配合外圍環境轉變。 張炳良在本台節目重申，居屋及私人樓宇屬兩個市場，居屋並不能領導樓市價格，但可向市場發出訊息，政府會以居屋作為經濟槓桿，對市場有一定調節作用。
