通常小時候看到人家做整盤雞蛋一定是滿月染紅雞蛋，不過阿蘇今日教整的雞蛋卻不用染紅，因為她煮的是茶葉蛋，茶葉蛋整好後要等一天，今天整明天才有得吃。阿蘇說茶葉蛋是各類整蛋方法中算易整的，大家整過便知。 阿蘇說茶葉蛋要整得好食，一定要加五花腩，好吃的茶葉蛋吃起來有甘味，所以要有一塊四吋乘四吋的五花腩。選蛋方面，最好買中國細蛋，因為煮茶葉蛋要入味，太大就無法入味。還有要用深色的蛋殼呢？因為煮出來的賣相會好看一點。 阿蘇指在新加坡吃了一些很奇怪的東西，叫咖央吐司，這次她即席示範，可是過程卻不大順利，助手們更雞手鴨腳呢！
