Good Morning. It’s Thursday, June 30, 2011. At this hour, U.S. equity futures are up. Overseas, the Asian markets advanced, while the European markets are higher. The members of General Electric's (NYSE:GE) two largest unions voted to approve new four-year national labor contracts with GE. Fiserv (NASDAQ:FISV) acquired CashEdge for $465M. CA Technologies (NYSE:CA) is set to acquire privately-held ITKO for $330M in cash. Sun Communities (NYSE:SUI) announced the acquisition of Kentland Communities for about $142.3M. Peabody Energy (NYSE:BTU) agreed to acquire Thiess Investments 5% joint venture interest in the Burton Mine for AU$35M. Dendreon's (NASDAQ:DNDN) Los Angeles cancer immunotherapy manufacturing facility received FDA approval. Hersha Hospitality Trust (NYSE:HT) announced that the company entered into a purchase and sale agreement to acquire the 175-room Hyatt Union Square hotel in New York City for $104.1M.
