I’d written the music for this song and thought, "Hmmmm that's the kind of music Melissa likes..." so when she came for her voice lesson I played it for her. She said, "Ora, if you write some lyrics for that maybe I could sing it at the recital.." (I hold an annual recital for my voice students) So I struggled with lyrics for a week, getting no where. Then not long before Melissa was due for her lesson, my husband emailed me with a link to a site and story about Mark Johnson... changing the world with music.. The lyrics suddenly flowed through me almost faster than I could write... and the song was born.  ENERGY is about that life force that we are and are all a part of. It's also about the responsibility we have for the energy we create. It is performed by Melissa Courcelles.
