[Video] Officials: Toddler’s balcony fall could have been prevented
Hillsborough County Code Enforcement says their pictures tell a dangerous story.   Investigators shot several photos today of all eight buildings of the Fredericksburg Apartments in East Tampa, one day after 18-month-old Autumn Butler slipped through a rail and fell nearly 15 feet.
