DUI Murder Suspect Had 50 Prior Charges
The driver accused of being high on crack cocaine when he killed a mother and grandmother had been arrested fourteen times before the January 6 crash. Law enforcement in Mobile knew about John Louis Reed’s drug abuse years before he got behind the wheel of his Chevy Tahoe, striking and killing a mother and a grandmother.
