台北市興安街上的異國小店，雖然賣的是美式以及墨西哥餐，但老闆娘芭芭拉卻是蘭嶼的達悟族人，也許是因為原住民樂天爽朗的性格，芭芭拉的餐廳，就像自己的個性一樣，餐點菜色也很隨興，各式各樣的異國風味，一股腦全呈現在像剪貼簿一樣的菜單上。
