新北查髒亂公私有空地 不改善就開罰
新北市環保局自5月起清查列管全市髒亂的公私有閒置空地並建檔、要求地主限期改善，7月6日首度公布成果。全市列管657處已有407處完成改善，尚有4處公有地在內的250處空地尚未改善。環保局勒令空地所有人限期改善，否則依違反廢棄物清理法按日開罰1200元。
