Die Nato will ihre Kampftruppen in Afghanistan bis Ende 2014 abziehen. Ziel sei es, dass die afghanische Regierung zu diesem Zeitpunkt die Verantwortung für die Sicherheit im ganzen Land trage, sagte Nato-Generalsekretär Rasmussen beim Gipfeltreffen der Allianz in Lissabon.
