ヒトの母乳に近い乳を出す牛を開発 中国
中国の研究チームが「遺伝子操作により、ヒトの母乳に近い乳を出す牛を開発した」と発表した。約３００頭に増えたという。担当教授は「毒素に対する抵抗力など、ヒトの母乳に近い特長がこの牛の乳にはある」と説明、「３年後には市販したい」と話している。
