林瑞麟：現屆政府不會更換副局長及政助
政制及內地事務局局長林瑞麟說，每一名副局長及政治助理的工作表現，均符合工作需求，因此決定各人凍薪。 林瑞麟強調，因應工作不同，每個人的表現亦不同，但整體而言都是符合工作需求，故決定薪酬不變安排恰當。 林瑞麟說，目前三層政治委任架構，足夠政府處理政治工作，相信這個三層架構有一定持久性。 他又說在第三任特區政府任期內，都不需要再就副局長及政治助理制度做評估，目前亦無準備更換任何政治助理及副局長人選。
