政府研究不同資助市民置業方案 包括興建少量居屋
政府資助市民置業的諮詢期，下月中屆滿。據了解，不少意見包括要求復建居屋，政府正研究一籃子方案，包括興建數千個居屋，回應社會訴求，但最終由房委會、私人發展商、抑或房協等機構負責，則未有決定。 測量師學會認為，資助政策必須符合合理分配機制，同不時檢討受助人狀況等原則。公屋聯會認為，房委會有足夠能力復建居屋，不應由私人發展商負責。 運輸及房屋局表示，正聽取各界意見，強調任何政策必須要可行、有效及可持續。
