Young and female in medieval Japan, Kurenai is strung up and left to die by warring factions. Her father is killed. She struggles free and adopts the ways of the ninja in order to avenge her father’s death — with the very wire used in the feeble attempt to kill her. Finish off Kurenai's enemies with stealth, deception and some quick and dirty fighting.  Hopefully her enemies can get her to stand still so they can kill her now.
