This was filmed on a modded server that I love playing on for lulz. Usually it plays on a Mario Kart map, but this particular morning we played Badlands. Even with the switch of maps, the class mods are still in effect i.e. everyone has TONS of ammo, guns that aren't normally automatic are automatic, everyone moves really fast, and the reason why everyone was playing scout: The scout's pistol kills people in like 1-3 hits!
