At OUTBACK, the walls are festooned with boomerangs, Aboriginal art prints, travel posters, kangaroos, wallabies and koalas, images evocative of great Australian Outback. Founded in 1988 in Tampa, Florida, the concept of the restaurant was inspired by the hit movie, Crocodile Dundee. The founders confessed then that none of them had actually been to Australia!
