Great fitness program for the whole family! I can’t turn this on without my kids running in saying 'Yeah, mommy's doing Fitness Coach!' With My Fitness Coach, you can choose what type of workout (cardio, yoga, upper body, lower body, flexibility, core, etc), how long you want to workout (from 15minutes to 75minutes), what setting (garden, gym, etc.), what type of equipment (weights, ball, step, heart monitor), and what style of music (hip hop, latin, etc.) As you progress in your workouts, more settings and music open up to choose from.  Your progress is tracked and recommendations are made and at the end of each workout she tells you how many calories you have burned. During the workouts, she periodically asks how you are feeling (working hard, no sweat, feel good) and depending on your answer, she will modify for next workout. There are also tips on nutrition, fitness, lifestyle before and after each workout. On the screen as you are working out, it shows you how much time has elapsed, how much time is left, what exercise you are doing and what exercise is coming next, so you are not left wondering and guessing. Also, new exercises are incorporated with almost every workout and they are explained when they are introduced! I am not one to get excited about exercising, but this program has motivated me a little more and I really like that it is different every time!!
