阿蘇教過好多家常餸，但好像沒有教過炒菜，今集，她繼續請來兩位愈煮愈叻的小師妹，上來炒芥蘭。 去到街市一看，原來芥蘭也有大小不同的，大芥蘭可用來切片，與臘肉合炒相當不錯，而芥蘭苗比較幼細，亦相對翠嫩一點，向來很受歡迎。 這次阿蘇先把芥蘭切剩一些好的來炒，其他拿去滾湯，有人會怕芥蘭有陣苦味，但只要在炒的時候，落一點糖調味，問題便解決了。 C9勞苦榜，繼續考驗師奶們的耐力，今次搬得更重，是一次過要抱起一瓶瓶的食油，愈多愈好，「五百萬」花落誰家？
