Chevron Due $18 Million Refund from Bay Area Cities
San Ramon-based Chevron to receive $18 million dollar tax return from Contra Costa County.  As a result, 13 cash-strapped cities are suing the county. NBC Bay Area’s Kimberly Tere picks up the story from Martinez.
