原來人睡得太多或太少會提早四至七年出現腦部退化,包括腦部認知、記憶、語言、解決問題的能力等;當中更發現男士的最佳睡眠時間為六至八小時,女士則為七小時。 註冊營養師羅嘉敏講解,骨質會隨年齡增長而逐漸流失,三十歲開始是骨質流失的高峰,至五十歲會出現骨庫不足,增加骨折的機會,到六十至八十歲為骨折地帶;而當中患有骨質疏鬆為女性居多。此外,營養師也講解如何選擇適合自己或為長者添加鈣質。
