我一生中最難過的日子是在幾年前在頸椎患了骨刺的時間，每晚都睡不到。香港人幾乎每年都有難關要過，但是香港人積極的思想有助於我們。現在可能就業率越來越差，但我們該想想其實我們所能享受的物質生活都非常充裕。我的座右銘是凡事感恩，百年難得一遇的金融風暴現在都給我們遇上了，凡事感恩。我能夠呼吸，我能夠生活都已經感恩。失去了物質生活以後可以找回來，而健康和生命一但失去就什麼都沒有。
