For the Perseverance of Plentitude
The play For the Perseverance of Plentitude examines the tensions between private dreams and public realities. For three generations, The Clifton Collection, the only art museum in town, has preserved the work of completely unknown artists. Staying afloat has never been more severely challenged, however, than when a new museum moves to town AND The Clifton Collection’s resident artist blows the museum budget on her newest sculpture! Laura Henry's newest play is presented as part of the UCSD New Play Festival, which premieres the work of promising young writers. (#5460)
