蘇Good - 聖誕不能沒有的火雞 - 第52集
聖誕節最應節的食品,相信很多人第一樣會想到的一定是火雞,今集阿蘇繼續請來她的書友Pearl,教大家弄一隻美味非常的聖誕火雞。 原來,將火雞解凍,要至少三、四天時間,還要把它放在雪櫃解凍,千萬不可在室溫下解凍,以免滋生細菌。 火雞外層要塗上醃料,內部更塞滿了其他餡料,用錫紙蓋住來烤,避免太乾,大約烤兩小時多,就差不多完成。 有肉又有菜,才是均衡飲食,阿蘇教大家煮了一味椰菜仔,一粒粒似乒乓球的椰菜仔,為配節日氣氛,用上牛油來煮,相當香口,加入檸檬汁,非常清新。
