林瑞麟：中央就政改釋善意 泛民應支持方案
政制及內地事務局局長林瑞麟說，民主派過去20年無機會與中央溝通，今次中央已釋出善意，泛民應作出回應，支持政改方案。 林瑞麟出席本台節目時說，過去幾年跟不同黨派討論政改，泛民主派議員提出多項訴求，包括要有普選時間表、與中央官員會面等，特區及中央政府都一一作出回應，例如中聯辦副主任李剛先後見面了泛民議員，4月及昨日人大常委會副秘書長喬曉陽，亦作出聲明，回應泛民有關普選的定義。 他希望泛民議員盡議會責任，通過政改方案，不要讓政制發展停下來。
