10/28に日果連青年部総会の研修会で行われた、講師の平野泰三のフルーツカッティングの実演です。・メロンのカッティング（昔のＪＡＬみたいな形）・パイナップルの船盛り（パインをくり抜いてカットした後また戻す）・スイカの皮むき（生で見ると、かなり豪快です）・盛り合わせ完成図（ここまでに１時間２０分程度）
