Shots from Growth: Role: Compositor Tools: After Effects, Particular, Mocha, ReelSmart Motion Blur Composited multi-pass CG renders together, adding motion blur with ReelSmart, and integrated them into live action plates. Used Trapcode Particular to create venom spray and blood flows. Removed tracking markers and/or oversaw other artists in removing them. Project contained about 100 effects shots, about half of which I composited myself and almost all of which I helped with in some capacity. Shot from Dinoland Promo (asteroid impact): Role: Compositor Tools: Nuke, Particular Shot needed a quick turnaround, so I used an available shot of a cloudy beach and created clear weather conditions matching view from orbit seen in the shot before it, created smoke trail with Trapcode Particular, and used combination of blurring, lens flares and camera shake to simulate the impact and shockwave hitting camera.
