Mirae’s Kim Interview on Samsung Electronics
Charles Kim, head of South Korean equity sales at Mirae Asset Securities Co., talks about Samsung Electronics Co.'s financial results and business outlook.   Samsung, the world’s largest maker of televisions, posted a 26 percent drop in second-quarter profit after a slump in sales of flat screens masked a surge in demand for smartphones and tablet computers. Kim also discusses the International Olympic Committee’s selection of Pyeongchang, South Korea, as host for the 2018 Winter Olympic Games. He speaks from with John Dawson on Bloomberg Television's "First Up."
