八達通承認兩間指定公司可接觸日日賞用戶資料
八達通公司宣布成立委員會，全面檢討公司在使用客人的個人私隱資料的政策，並會建議如何加強保障客人的個人私隱，預計三個月內完成，向董事局提交報告。 八達通公司表示，委員會成員會由獨立非執行董事出任，以確保委員會的獨立性。 八達通行政總裁陳碧鏵表示，現時與兩間日日賞商戶分享個人資料，強調雙方有保密協議，作指定推廣用途，並在推廣結束後將資料歸還或銷毀。 陳碧鏵表示，八達通公司已在日日賞網站增設選項，讓客戶選擇不接受推廣訊息，客戶亦可以電話或寫信方式通知八達通公司。
