何宛思：「其實現在大學生面對的困難有很多，其中一樣最主要的都是金融海嘯帶給大家就業的問題，我自己也很擔心。其實仔細想一想也有很多出路，只要多想一想、多嘗試，就以我這次參加了一個食物嘉年華為例，我把一些看來很平凡的巧克力，構思過，加了些心思、創意，做成一些很吸引人的產品，因此我才有機會參加這次的攤位，所以對所有大學生來說，只要跳出自己的框框，出路其實會有很多。最後我鼓勵一下現在香港的大學生，只要多嘗試、多構思，前途仍然是光明的。」
