Die Villa am See mit eigenem Wassergrundstück - für viele ein Traum. Die, die sich diesen Traum erfüllen können, wollen den gerne ganz für sich alleine haben. Und sperren deshalb Uferwege, die zuvor öffentlich zugänglich waren.Dagegen wehren sich Naturliebhaber und Bürgerinitiativen. In und um Potsdam ist ein heftiger Streit entbrannt, beide Parteien sehen sich im Recht: Denn es geht um Privateigentum gegen Gemeinwohl.
