How To Get An Office Workout
Sarah Dussault, host of Diet.com tells us about the ways to workout while sitting in the office. To help her in this fitness expert, Wendie Pett says that we should take a 2-5 minute break every hour. While working on a laptop or computer, for typing on the keyboard, we have to put our neck down and it puts some strain on our neck. To overcome this, the neck muscle needs to be relaxed. For this we should do some relaxing exercise at the office itself. 1. Fist Neck Tension. Hold it for 8-12 seconds. 2. Laced Finger Neck Tension. Hold it for 8-12 seconds. 3. Crossed Arm Tension. Hold it for 8-12 seconds. Repeat the exercise with alternate hands. 4. Desk Push-Ups. Repeat it for 8-12 seconds.
