福岡・鞍手町で、男子中学生6人が、体育の水泳の授業を中止させるため、学校のプールに魚の死がいおよそ70匹を投げ入れたとして、威力業務妨害の疑いで書類送検された。調べに対し、6人は「プールの授業が嫌だった。学校指定の水着を着たくなかった」などと話しているという。魚はブルーギルで、生徒が近くの池で釣ったもので、これにより水泳の授業が1週間にわたり中止になったという。
