Video: Should the First Amendment protect video games?
On the Trending Now segment of the What’s Trending live show, Mashable's editor in chief Adam Ostrow and the host of NBC's "Poker After Dark" Ali Nejad discuss the Supreme Court ruling that now puts violent video games under the protection of the First Amendment. Proponents of the ban claim it's far too easy for kids to get a hold of games rated "M" for Mature, which are usually the industry's top sellers. Also, we talk about Google's anti-fair antitrust issues and whether Turntable.FM's alternative to mainstream cloud services will be a hit. (July 28, 2011)
