走行中の特急列車から、女子高校生が転落した。茨城・笠間市で30日午後1時40分ごろ、JR常磐線の特急列車スーパーひたちが、上り線の内原駅と友部駅間を走行中、ドアの異常を知らせるサインが出たことから、乗務員が列車を停止させ確認したところ、線路脇に女性が倒れているのを見つけた。倒れていたのは、この列車に乗っていた県立高校1年生の女子生徒(15)で、意識はあり、命に別条はないという。
