In this set of videos I set my camera on the cosplayer. To start things off I come up to a cosplayer and ask him if I can take his photograph. If they comply (which they always did) I would point the camera at them, but instead of taking a picture I take a video. With the video going I see how long it takes for the cosplayer to break his pose and slowly become himself. I make the cosplayer stand there until he is uncomfortable enough to ask me if I’m done. Which I usually say yes. (in the future though I am going to just stand there and not move until he leaves). When I sit there to take the photograph I stand completely still just like the cosplayer. This is the first video of the series which i only knew to use one camera, but the rest of the series is me filming the cosplayer, and then my friend filming me and the cosplayer.
