PM Nepal’s concerns on trade deficit with China
Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal has on Monday expressed concern over the trade deficit of Nepal with China. Inaugurating the 11th Annual General Meeting of Nepal-China Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NCCCI) in the capital he said that Nepal was lacking to profit from Nepal China trade. Nepal had a trade deficit of total 25 billion in the year 2008/09. He also urged the business community of Nepal and China to take proper initiation to reduce the trade deficit of Nepal with China.
