Brit-Brit has emerged into the tv-spotlight yet again... and she’s busy doing the rounds.  The newly 27-year-old performed her latest single 'Womanizer' on Simon Cowell's talent show, 'X Factor' over the weekend. B-Spears also reportedly sang and danced to the hit tune for a German awards show last week and even stopped by the French tv show, 'Star Academy' for a cameo as well. Dare we say it, but it looks like Britney is on the right track. Fans who are wanting to get a bit closer to Leonard DiCaprio can rejoice... at least for almost 9-million-dollars. The 34-year-old actor put his Malibu estate up for sale. It's a private-bluff-top h2-bedroom, 2-bath house, including a separate guesthouse with 2 1-bedroom suites. Also on DiCaprio's property features a steam shower, 4-garages and even a reported stairway-to-the-sea all of the way to a secluded cove. This real estate dream could only come true with a personal house guided tour by Leo himself. A-lister Orlando Bloom and Victoria's Secret Angel Miranda Kerr seem to be a match made in heaven. But along with the good comes the DRAMA. The model's rep is smacking down rumors that the two are engaged and set to wed next year. An Australian outlet reported that 31-year-old Bloom and 25-year-old Kerr celebrated their engagement while on vacation in Italy over the Thanksgiving holiday.
