秦剛：不能以冷戰思維看待東北亞形勢
在北京，外交部表示，外界不能用冷戰思維，把東北亞地區、亞太地區分割成不同的軍事同盟，看待東北亞地區的安全形勢。 外交部發言人秦剛在記者會上，被問中國與北韓會否舉行聯合軍演。 他指出，時代已經變化發展，沒有任何一個國家或軍事同盟能夠解決地區安全與穩定的問題。他認為各國應該共同努力，通過對話、談判增加互信，維護地區的安全與穩定。
