The Abbey Food and Bar - West Hollywood
This onetime coffee house is now considered the "the social hub of West Hollywood. Hey everyone! I’m Neil Garcia your host for wehopediatv.com your online video guide to being Gay in LA, and the West Hollywood lifestyle. Welcome to the the gay nightlife edition of Wehopedia where I'll be discussing Abbey Food and Bar. If you have time to only visit one place in West Hollywood it's the Abbey Food and Bar. The Abbey, has grown from a small, West Hollywood coffeehouse into the focal point of West Hollywood, day and night. During the day The Abbey is a simple coffee house and bakery which at night morphs into Weho's hottest nightclub and bar scene often forming lines around the block to get in. The Abbey caters to the drinking and dining demands of the local gay community offering over 40 different flavored martini's, 9 types of mojito's and a menu which offers modern American comfort food served from 8-am until 2am; with breakfast served all day long. The Abbey is also famous for its seasonal Martini's such as the Carmel Apple and Pumpkin Pie. Owner of the Abbey David Cooley recently partnered with the Los Angeles-based SBE Restaurant Group to expand the Abby restaurant/nightclub concept. The Weho's own Abbey may be opening up in a city near you! Whether your enjoying a warm cup of coffee by the fire or a cold martini in the outdoor bar the Abbey is a gay nightlife and daytime experience that is one of a kind. Thanks for watching WEHOPEDIATV.com, I'm Neil Garcia see you in Weho!
