Novartis Completes Alcon Acquisition from Nestle
Pharma giant Novartis (NVS) has completed its acquisition of Alcon (ACL) stock from Nestle, paying about $28 billion for the 52% stake.  Novartis is now the majority shareholder in the eyecare company, with a 77% stake.
